About the event
Herbalism is a vast and incredible world—but it can feel overwhelming when you’re first beginning. The good news is, it doesn’t have to be complicated 💛
This class is designed to help you step into working with herbs in a way that feels grounded, intuitive, and accessible.
🌱 Rather than trying to learn everything at once, we’ll focus on the foundations—answering the most common questions and exploring how herbs can gently support your health and daily life.
Together, we’ll explore:
🌿 The many ways to work with herbs (teas, tinctures & more)
🌼 A simple introduction to herbal actions and energetics
🌱 How to begin learning herbs without overwhelm
🌾 Sourcing herbs you can trust
🤝 Ethical and respectful harvesting practices
✨ And more!
Come learn, connect, and build confidence in working with herbs in a way that feels natural and supportive 🌿💛
This is an invitation to begin building a relationship with herbs—one that grows over time, with curiosity and care.
📝 What to bring:
A notebook and pen/pencil for notes
