What an herbal consultation looks like
We begin with your story.
We talk about your health history, what brought you in, what you notice in your body, what you've tried, and what you would most like support with.
We look at the whole picture.
Through conversation and non-invasive assessment methods, we explore the patterns that may be contributing to what you're experiencing.
We make a plan.
The recommendations you'll receive are specific to you based on your story and my assessment - herbs, dietary modifications, lifestyle practices, etc.
You leave with your next step.
My goal is to keep things simple and do-able so that the plan we create is manageable and can be integrated into your life.
