About the event
Just as harvest season arrives and the air starts to get a bit of a chill, it's the perfect time to make up a big batch of fire cider -- which will be ready just in time to support our bodies throughout late fall and winter.
Many might know fire cider as an immune tonic but did you know it supports so much more than that?!
Together we'll discuss the many benefits of fire cider (including each of the ingredients), fun ways to
take it, and of course craft your own 32oz jar to bring home*!
*The jar and all ingredients are provided. Ingredients are locally sourced and organic whenever possible.
Participants will need to bring their own knife and cutting board.
