About the event
Oxymels and infused honeys are a great (and delicious) way to not only prepare the herbal bounty for the current season but also preserve the bounty for the seasons to come.
During our time together, Kara will share about some of the benefits and uses for oxymels and infused honeys, the benefits of the herbs you’ll get to work with, and of course how to make each - an oxymel and infused honey!
Some of the herbs we will be working with include: Tulsi, Anise Hyssop, Chamomile, Sage, Skullcap, and more! (Plants may vary depending on what is looking best at time of class.)
Each participant will get to make their own jar to bring home - either an oxymel or an infused honey.
