Root Medicines: Yellow Dock, Burdock, and Dandelion

Yellow Dock, Burdock, and Dandelion are three root medicines that I work with on a regular basis with clients. In this class you will get to learn about each of them and why one might want to work with them - as food and/or as medicine! These roots have some commonality between them yet they each are still so unique, all of which we will explore.
