Tea with Kara & Katlyn

A monthly gathering to sip tea in community, learn about plants as medicine + spiritual allies. Join us in celebrating and honoring the spirit of the plants.

During this gathering there will be aspects that will be guided and some that will be self-led; there will be time to learn from the plant of the month directly and time to learn from one another while sharing in circle; and finally, there will be time to learn about the plant from the collective - how it supports our physical bodies, mental/emotional bodies, and/or spiritual bodies.

PLEASE BRING:

• a cup for tea

• journal

• floor cushion/ bolster or yoga mat
