Understanding & Tending the Rhythm of the Menstrual Cycle

Just as your pulse, temperature, and blood pressure are vital signs, so is your menstrual cycle; and your menstrual cycle provides you with essential information about your health.

This class is designed to start the conversation around the menstrual cycle, including:

• How each phase is unique

• How you can work with and learn from each phase

• How to track your cycle

• And a few herbal allies and dietary tips specific to the menstrual cycle

Our menstrual cycle is not something to fear or be ashamed of.

And so we gather to bring deeper understanding to our bodies and cycles.

To laugh, to learn, to be surrounded by women, and to start (or deepen) our relationship with our bodies.

This offering.. this gathering is for Women who:

• Have just started menstruating

• Are in their childbearing years (regardless if desiring to conceive or not)

• Are postpartum and whose cycle has returned or not

• Are entering or journeying the perimenopausal years

  
  

Ultimately... This gathering is for any woman with a menstrual cycle desiring to be in relationship with her womb and cycle.

The menstrual cycle holds deep wisdom and power.

There are simple ways we can tune into our bodies to work with them, intuitively and rhythmically over time.

Together we will explore all of this and more.

(This class is intended for women who are in their cycling years (around 14 yrs to ~ 49 yrs/perimenopause))

If she is between the ages of ~14 and 17 years, she can attend alongside you for a reduced rate.
